Bedrooms. The chalet has 9 bedrooms: one Royal Suite occupying the whole top floor (with an annexe room that can sometimes sleep 2 extra children). There are four matching suites on the second and third floors, plus two more individual suites of different designs. Finally there are two superior rooms.

Dining and Entertaining. We have two dining rooms, a reception lounge bar, a professional kitchen, a family living room, a games room, an underground oriental-style disco and sushi bar, a cigar lounge, a wine cellar, a private cinema and a guest study. There are 3 elevators in the property serving different levels. For Outside, we have two sun terraces and parking for up to 20 cars.

Health and Beauty Spa. Our Health and Beauty Spa covers 3 underground levels, and includes 9 treatment rooms, jacuzzi, turkish steam bath, ladies and gentlemen changing rooms, 15 metre onyx-lined swimming pool with mezzanine vodka bar and a fully equipped gymnasium.

The chalet is uniquely equipped with extensive top-of-the-range facilities to enable our expert staff to anything that guests may desire, from simple facials, manicures and massages to cosmetic care, aesthetic treatments and consultations with specialist doctors.

Chalet Property 5130has a team of highly-experienced professional catering and service staff, in addition to the specialist Spa Consultants who look after the facilities and enjoyment of guests having Spa treatments.

Our core chalet team provides a professional but informal level of service and attention, suitable for a private family holiday home. It is not a white-gloved formal service, such as you would find in a 5 or 6 star hotel. We want guests to feel quite at home: breakfast in pyjamas, the chef helping the children make their own 'chalet style' pizzas for dinner, hot chocolate and board games by the fire. The staff are attentive, discreet and if guests prefer, they are happy to leave the chalet once dinner is served and cleared away, to ensure an intimate, private ambience for the guests - with late-night snacks prepared in the fridge. There is no set formula, we will create exactly the atmosphere and style of service that guests desire.

Guests have full and private use of the chalet and all its facilities for the whole rental period.
We have a Chef to look after all catering and dining arrangements, and who manages our serving staff. Our staff work 7 days a week for our guests. In winter we offer cooked breakfasts, afternoon refreshments and full evening meals, with lunches prepared on demand (guests are very often out skiing at lunchtimes). Please note that the cost of food and drink is not included in the rental price, as we find guests have very widely differing preferences.

Our Butler takes care of guests comfort and enjoyment of the chalet, making arrangements for guests and doing whatever he can help everyone in every moment of the holiday: for example, serving pre-dinner cocktails and late evening liqueurs, recommending a movie to watch in our cinema, or advising on the best boutiques for gift-shopping.
Our Chalet Manager ensures that the infrastructure and facilities of the property are immaculately maintained and prepared for each rental, and he oversees the housekeeping staff.
We keep one luxury 4x4 vehicle at the chalet, and we offer in-resort chauffeuring services as part of the rental. 

We can arrange practically anything for our guests. Luxury airport transfers by helicopter or limousine, 24 hour room service availability, hosting of special dinner parties or soirees, childcarers, dry cleaning services, supplies of fine cigars or vintage wines from our cellars, extra chauffeured cars at your disposal: the list is endless.
