In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Monopoli, whose name translates as unique city. Before arriving to its heart, cross the beautiful country fields and while passing by the Selva di Fasano, make a stop-off to enjoy the view of fortified masserie, churches, rock settlements and villas from this natural terrace. Stay in the countryside and make for the Lama degli Ulivi Botanic Garden to visit the caves, rock-hewn churches and more than 2000 plant species. Take a stroll around the historic center up to the town’s landmark, the Castle of Carlo V.

Crystal clear waters and cliffs pitted with caves carved by the sea give Polignano a Mare its uniqueness. Known as the pearl of the Adriatic, Polignano a Mare is the ideal place to plunge into uncontaminated waters and explore a picturesque historic center by the sea. In just half an hour by car, you can easily reach Alberobello, famous for its trulli houses. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

Offering rustic yet elegant interiors, the villa preserves the atmosphere of a traditional Apulian masseria and is located just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the region. Built in the 16th century, Property 28905943428 has been masterfully renovated to accommodate up to eight guests in four suites plus one guest in a TV room with single sofa bed.

Surrounded by a lush landscaped garden and typical dry stone walls, the masseria boasts an exceptional saltwater pool (pool heating included from July to August; extra during the rest of the year) overlooking the Mediterranean scrub forest and a generous poolside area furnished with sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the outdoor area also features al fresco lounge areas and an old-fashioned gazebo with comfortable sofas and a large table for twenty people. Near the gazebo you will find an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue and a traditional pizza oven.

Flooded with natural light, the interior living space of the masseria boasts comfortable sofas and large windows creating a luminous and airy atmosphere dominated by light colors. As the evening falls, gather around one of the two fireplaces and enjoy a glass of local wine with your fellow guests. Offering a welcoming atmosphere, the masseria boasts a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area complete with a long table. The masseria can comfortably accommodate eight guests in four suites with en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms have shower and the other two have bathtubs.

Each suite boasts comforts such as minibar, hairdryer, slippers, complimentary toiletries. On request, a single bed or a baby cot can be added in each suite. The masseria can accommodate a ninth guest in a TV room complete with a comfortable sofa bed for one person. The four suites and the TV room with sofa bed have independent access from the outside. There is also a fifth bathroom with shower. From an external staircase you can reach a roof terrace furnished with sofas and armchairs for relaxing and socializing. On the terrace you will also find a room with fridge, washbasin and ice machine.
