Set within a Mediterranean garden overlooking olive groves, the property features a uniquely shaped pool and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind. The calm atmosphere is complemented by a wide range of outdoor spaces where you can relax with a book or take a siesta. Immersed in vegetation, the outdoor area also includes a semi-covered dining area with tables and kitchen accessories, perfect for al fresco dining.

The interior living space is decorated with modern design pieces, while the windows overlooking the garden create a bright and airy atmosphere. This part of the property also houses an exclusive wellness area featuring an exceptional indoor pool and a Turkish bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the nearby towns of Apulia. The first room can connect to the second room, creating a spacious layout. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The oldest part of the property features four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one twin room) spread across two floors. Two bedrooms (one twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower) are on the ground floor. Also on this floor are a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower (one on the right wing and one on the left wing).

On the upper floor, in front of one of these two bedrooms, there is a generous living area, which can also be used as a bedroom, given the presence of two sofa beds (for two additional guests) and a bathroom reserved for this area. From the French window of the living area, you have access to the spacious terrace, equipped with garden furniture, offering a wonderful view over the property. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The rooftop houses a magnificent 18th-century brass canopy bed from Morocco, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. Designed by Sicilian architect Vincenzo Melluso in collaboration with Erich Demetz, the pavilion "Una Scatola di Luce, Un Gioco di Sguardi" is completely flooded with light, and its interior east wall displays the verses of a poem by Salvatore Quasimodo. The cube becomes a space for both rest and meditation on one hand and contemplation of the landscape on the other.
