The villa is a few kilometers from Volterra, one of Tuscany’s most dramatic hilltop towns. Despite its many attractions, Volterra sees fewer tourists than other Tuscan towns, so you can expect to share its winding stone streets with locals and explore its ancient sites without crowds. Founded by the Etruscans and surrounded by medieval walls, Volterra has a notable historic center filled with fascinating Roman ruins, medieval buildings and alabaster workshops.

In less than two hours by car, you can reach San Gimignano, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Italy. From afar, San Gimignano looks like a town from a Renaissance painting: a circle of 13th-century walls enclosing tall, teetering stone towers. Its towers make it instantly recognizable, but the art treasures held within its walls are just as remarkable. Although the town is small, there is enough art, architecture and fine food to keep you busy for more than one day.

In just one hour by car, you can also reach Pisa, exceptionally well-known for its Leaning Tower. Moving between its alleys and riversides you will discover architectural jewels such as Santa Maria della Spina, the headquarters of the Scuola Normale Superiore in Piazza dei Cavalieri, the exhibitions of Palazzo Blu and the magnetic charm of Piazza dei Miracoli. Start from the Baptistery and head to the 130-meter Camposanto Monumentale overlooking the square.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Siena. Its ancient red brick buildings, the scallop-shaped main square Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral Square, dominated by the zebra-striped Duomo, make it an absolute must for anyone traveling to Tuscany. The Property

Set in a serene countryside of gently rolling hills, Property 9054 provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, this magnificent 17th-century property has been carefully restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan hamlet. Property 9054 can accommodate up to thirteen guests (ten guests plus three extra guests) featuring five double bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts a magnificent swimming pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. The garden also features a generous al fresco lounge and dining area shaded by an old wisteria.

The ground floor boasts a generous living room complete with stone fireplace, and comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of local wine with your fellow guests. On the same floor you will also find a dining room with large crystal table, a library, and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay. On the ground floor you will also find a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Accessed by an exceptional stone and wrought iron staircase, the first floor features four double bedrooms, two of which can be transformed into twin rooms. On the first floor you will also find two bathrooms with shower, one of which also features a large bathtub. Please note that the villa can comfortably accommodate ten guests in the five bedrooms plus three extra guests in three single beds that can be added on request in three bedrooms. The double bedroom on the ground floor can be transformed in a twin room too.
