This 19th century villa is situated close to the main square of Castiglioncello, which is a fashionable seaside resort on the Tuscan coast. It is very close to the beach and has its own private swimming pool so is perfect for working on a suntan, relaxing, and swimming. It is also close to Pisa and has many old villages along its coastal roads for daytrips. The climate is mild year round and views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and Elba Island are always spectacular.

Property 7740 within a walled garden is immaculately landscaped with lots of grass areas and nearly 40 palm trees (5,000 sq. m.). A long terrace runs along most of the length of the first floor and overlooks the private pool. The pool is 12 meters x 6 meters. It is equipped with lounger chairs as well as a built-in barbecue. This villa is situated at the end of a street and parking is available within the property grounds. 

Location. Castiglioncello is one of the older and larger resorts along the 'Etruscan Riviera', splendidly located on a headland. The villa lies within walking distance, 300 m / 700 feet, of the town's main square with many shops and restaurants. A white beach great for families is set just below the house. A few miles inland is the coastal Strada del Vino ('Wine Road'), which carries you through several of Tuscany's most exciting wine-producing areas, including Montescudaio and Bolgheri. It's a 20-minute drive to the port city of Livorno, and 40 minutes to Pisa.
