With dramatic lake and mountain views, the villa boasts an exclusive pool (heated on request at an extra cost) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and enjoy the panorama. Main Villa:
The upper floor of the main villa boasts a generous living room with sweeping views over Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The living room features a smart TV, a fireplace, a card table, and access to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining room, which can seat up to twelve guests and offers views over the mountains and the garden. The kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped and has direct access to the terrace. A handy guest bathroom completes the upper floor. Please note that fireplaces can only be lit by staff.

The lower floor of the main villa offers a second living room and kitchen area, a library, a TV room/studio with an exclusive harp, and a wine room. The living room features a Carl Stein grand piano, while the dining area on this floor can seat up to eight guests. The second kitchen is more for wine-tasting events or may be used as a bar. The wine room also has a wine-tasting table. The library is a lovely spot to enjoy some peace and quiet in the company of a good book.

The main villa can sleep ten guests in six bedrooms (four double bedrooms and two single rooms) and five bathrooms spread over two floors. The lower floor features three bedrooms: a double bedroom with queen-size bed and a single room sharing a bathroom; and a single room with its own en-suite bathroom and a fireplace. On the upper floor, you will find: the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub; and two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. Please note that fireplaces can only be lit by staff.

All bedrooms are superbly furnished and feature high-quality linen and bath amenities. Air conditioning is available in the three double bedrooms on the upper floor. Please note that air conditioning is not available in the bedrooms on the lower floor. However, concerning the lower floor, air conditioning will not be necessary as the villa is located at almost 650 meters of altitude. In these rooms (one double bedroom and two single rooms), you will find Dyson cooler fans.

Dépendance:
On the ground floor of the dépendance, which is found nearby the pool, you will find a well-equipped gym. Allowing fitness enthusiasts of all types to maintain their programs while on holiday, the gym is equipped with Technogym equipment, including treadmills, bikes, kinesis, strength machines, benches, and multiple accessories. The gym has direct access to the patio and the garden. On the same floor, you will also find a well-equipped kitchen, a wine cellar, and a bathroom with a shower.

The dépendance can accommodate three additional guests in two extra bedrooms, which are found on the upper floor. Here you will find a single room, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower wand, and a double bedroom with a private balcony. The bedrooms of the dépendance feature air conditioning, a smart TV, and wireless Internet access, which is available both indoors and outdoors.
