This magnificent property can accommodate up to twenty guests featuring three distinct dwellings (the main villa, the cottage and the converted barn) united by their classic, elegant farm style, and a thriving garden scattered with fruit trees and roses. The main villa features six bedrooms (four double bedrooms and two twin rooms), the cottage features two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin room) and the barn features two double bedrooms.

All three buildings have been renovated to the highest standard, including the more traditional Tuscan features such as stone walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The interior décor is superb with top quality furnishings. There are various spacious living areas on the estate with comfortable sofas and open fireplaces for cozy conversations or tucking yourself up with a favorite book. The dining room in the main villa can seat up to sixteen guests so you can enjoy splendid meals together. There are two fully-equipped kitchens available plus plenty of French doors opening out onto the gardens and al fresco dining areas.

The grounds are awe-inspiring with immaculate lawns leading across to the panoramic swimming pool and furnished poolside area. There is even an air conditioned fitness room and Turkish steam bath to complete your relaxing experience here. Guests are free to wander or cycle through the surrounding vineyards and woodlands.Property 193680 is a spectacular Tuscan estate and, quite literally, an oasis of stylish peace. The three stone dwellings are joined by a stone path leading to the swimming area, which is equipped with comfortable loungers for sunbathing. A few steps from the pool is a fully equipped gym with showers and a Turkish bath.

Main Villa:
On the ground floor of the main villa you will find an open-plan kitchen and dining area: traditional style with modern design, this is the true heart of the house, with a large dining table for up to sixteen people, beautiful artwork, large windows and patio doors at both ends, large island, all the latest mod cons. On the same floor you will also find a generous living room with two large sofas, coffee tables, traditional wooden beams, well-stocked book shelves, and a fireplace. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of locale wine with your fellow guests. The ground floor also houses a TV room.

On the same floor you will also find a bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the cottage you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with standalone shower, and a twin room with direct access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with standalone shower.

Barn:
The estate also features a refurbished barn with rose-adorned stone façade, an apartment offering two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen.This cozy, renovated old barn is ideal for two couples or a family. On the ground floor of the Barn you will find a charming lounge and a kitchenette. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with view on the forest.
