Just ten minutes from Greve, and known for its excellent organic wines and olive oil, Panzano is a charming village with shops, wineries, restaurants, and less than 1000 people.

In about one hour by car, you can reach San Gimignano, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Italy. From afar, San Gimignano looks like a town from a Renaissance painting: a circle of 13th-century walls enclosing tall, teetering stone towers. Its towers make it instantly recognizable, but the art treasures held within its walls are just as remarkable. Although the town is small, there is enough art, architecture and fine food to keep you busy for more than one day.

In one hour by car, you can also reach the medieval town of Siena. With three of the most stylish properties in the Tuscan countryside, Property 193410 is a 20-acre estate on a hill below the ancient hamlet of Panzano. Access to the property is through two different and short, not paved roads starting from the town. Located in the heart of Chianti, the estate is perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy: two of the villas were built during the 16th and 17th century as farmhouses, while the third villa is a new addition.

Surrounded by greenery, the property has been masterfully restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan residence. After four years of renovation, which was completed in 2018 and has involved a specialized architect, a construction company of local artisans, and a search of original materials from all over Italy, this property is now available for rent. Moreover, during the restoration process, the owners have respected the environment with the use of clean energy sources like solar and geothermal energy.

Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation.

Villa delle Donne:

Accessed from the main road through a private path, the villa boasts two pools: one small pool with Jacuzzi (6 x 6 m; depth: 0,70 cm), and an above-ground pool (3,5 x 11 m; depth: 1,10 m; height: 1,30 m). On the lower level of the garden, you will find an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue and dining table for al fresco dining.

Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa boasts the typical façade of a Tuscan farmhouse with natural stone walls and a small turret on top, called Colombaia, that offers amazing 360-degree views of the surrounding Chianti countryside. With cozy corners and stylish furnishings, Villa delle Donne is spread over  multiple levels. With an exquisite blend of period charm and modern comfort, the villa is named after the theme of paintings of women that you will find in some rooms and common areas.

The villa can sleep fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The villa also features a generous living room, two sitting rooms, a dining room, and a modern fully-equipped kitchen. There are different ways to access the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on the second level. From the garden, you can access the main entrance hall, leading to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one with shower, one with bathtub).

On the right, you can access a generous, fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay: seven burner cookers and a double oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and an ice maker. A French door leads out onto a patio with a dining area with a table that can seat all guests of the villa. On the same level, you will also find the master bedroom, which features an exclusive free-standing Jacuzzi bathtub and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

A short flight of steps leads down to the lower level, where you will find an exclusive and panoramic indoor heated pool (on request, at an extra cost, the pool can be heated up to 30°C) complete with relaxing lights, a small bar, and a lounge room. On the same level, with independent access from the garden, you will find a comfortable double bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Access to the third level is from the garden and indoors through the steps.

On the third level, you will find a spacious living area divided into three large parts: two living areas are furnished with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, the third one is featured by a sofa, a table, and a small electric stove with a fridge for a quick snack. With French windows, the living room overlooks the garden and the surrounding valley. A fifth and a sixth bedroom can be found on this level. Each room features its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

From the entrance hall, a small flight of steps leads up to the fourth level, where you will find a cozy living room, and the turret, where you will find the seventh double bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Upon request, four double bedrooms can be set as twin rooms.

Offering a serene atmosphere, Villa Le Scuderie can sleep up to nine guests in four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one triple room).

Immersed in a generous Mediterranean garden with olive trees and stunning views of the surrounding vineyards, the villa’s outdoor space features multiple terraces and original stones. On a lower level, you will find an al fresco dining area equipped with dining table and barbecue. Here you will also find an exceptional newly-built swimming pool (4 x 8 m) and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind.

Merging the old-world with the new, Villa Le Scuderie shows off its ancient authenticity on the exterior with original stone walls and tiled roofs, while inside, you can appreciate the updated, contemporary atmosphere, decorated with high-end electronics and designer furnishings.
